As a member of the faculty at UCSF for over 12 years, Dr. Anthony performed many complex reconstructive procedures for patients with facial and breast cancer, in addition to performing a number of cosmetic plastic surgeries. During this time, he developed and improved several techniques for facial and breast reconstruction—work that he has presented at plastic surgery conferences both nationally and internationally—in over 70 written papers and 60 presentations. In 2002, after training over 40 plastic surgeons of UCSF, Dr. Anthony opened his own private office in San Francisco.
